When Kennedy, figuring she doesn’t have much to lose, follows an alarming new direction in her research, she finds herself in Wynland Fulke’s world — in the 14th century.
Is it a dream or has she really discovered a way to travel through time?
As time passes, she begins to think less about how she got into the Middle Ages and whether it’s real — and more about Wynland Fulke. Can she prove he isn’t a murderer? Can she resist the feelings that are growing between them?
