Summary
The Wedding Kiss is written by a husband and wife team under the pseudonym, Hannah Alexander. I discovered them about a year ago and have enjoyed their many novels most of which are set in the Ozarks region of southern Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. This novel is set around Eureka Springs, Arkansas at the turn of the century 1 900s. Besides having a strong and very believable story line, the novel gives the reader a look at some of the changes/inventions that were changing the landscape of rural America at the time. I especially enjoyed reading a novel that depicts marriage as honorable and valuable, and in a realistic way shows a situation that commonly would have brought about a \"marriage of convenience\" at that time. In addition, this novel has an underlying mystery running through it which would appeal to mystery lovers.
