Summary
Turnabout’s Fair Play was my favorite book in the Matchmaker series. The interactions between Flannery and Jamie were just hilarious for me. Jamie tries to be confident/arrogant but he is just a dork who stutters when around Flannery which made him endearing to me. The author also has Jamie deal with serious issues of losing your job and men taking on less traditional occupations. Flannery deals with the real fears of being the last single friend and how will it change your relationships with your best friends once they get married. I have truly enjoyed the friendships and the relationships with the grandparents throughout the entire series. The grandparents play a major role in this story as they are trying to set-up Flannery and Jamie. While they do this they develop feelings for each other. Although the book stands alone, I highly recommend reading them in order. I hate to see the series end.
