Overall Robots and Empire by Issac Asmiov 383 pages published in 1985. The fourth and final book in the Robot series. Elijah Baley, the human detective has died nearly two hundred years before but his sidekick, robot R. Daneel Olivaw undergoes upgrades to his positronic brain and is still around and kicking. The new reality is that earth has overcome it’s issues and has begun colonization outside the galaxy and the Spacer Worlds. A very interesting look at the new galaxy and how things work, or do they? The whodunit nature of the earlier books is repeated again only this time with the robots.
