Summary
Overall This sweet novella has a lot of chemistry between the characters, with fun banter between two people who grew up together as nemisis. The prologue was cute and set the stage. I noticed in other reviews it mentioned inaccuracies for the period. I did not notice or care. I enjoyed the story between Ewan and Grace. I really liked
Ewan’s character and his dialogue as he tried to decide what to do about his feelings for Grace. The secondary character Whit, Ewan’s butler was entertaining. I recommend this short Christmas novella.
Violence He thinks violent things regarding Shipley who is trying to win Grace; but there is no violence.
