Solomon prayed for wisdom. The blind prayed for mercy. Samuel prayed for guidance. Jesus prayed for all believers. These, plus 46 more powerful prayers of the Bible are included in Prayer that Has the Power to Change Your Life. Each encouraging reading highlights a prayer from the Bible, the context and background about that prayer (who prayed it, the circumstances surrounding the prayer), the outcome of the prayer, practical life application and inspiration for the reader’s own life, and prayer starters in the same theme as the Bible prayer. God invites us to pray in His name (John 14:13–14) and tap into the power that is His and His alone!

Summary
Prayer That Has the Power to Change Your Life: 50 Prayers from the Bible and How to Pray Them is a practical guide to praying for a specific need. It's not a book that you have to read in order. You can find a section that you need to pray about and jump to that section. For example, there's a prayer for a family united, a prayer for help against overwhelming odds, ad a prayer for undeserved mercy, just to name a few.
Each chapter has a topic; for example ‘Lord I need you’ is for praying for help in a broken world. Then they give you an actual scripture and there's some commentary and then how God answered the prayer in biblical example. The chapter ends with a practical prayer for you and I.
I read it on my iPad and it is not formatted very well. So I think it would be better to have it in a paperback where you could highlight the ones that you want to go back and read over and over. Overall I would recommend this book especially if you are interested in praying specific topics and are interested in different prayers throughout the Bible.
