Summary
Reviewer Name: Ott.Bell Cool book. Lots of truth to how we approach life today with our kids and how our parents approached raising us. Teaching them all to act a certain way, fit in with the group a certain way. Most can definitely relate to these parts of this book. Having worked in a dynamic organization my entire life, this book is a good reminder to not get caught up in the normal, routine, go with the flow attitudes that you often see in a static organization. So throw down you Six Sigma Black Belt for a while, poke the box or the visio diagram or whatever predesigned process that's holding you back and innovate
