It’s not every day you see your childhood friend and one-time crush on national news. Jackie Sellers just wishes it were under different circumstances. She can’t believe that Ian Lockwood is wanted in connection with a terrorist plot, and she’s determined to find him and help him clear his name. But she’s not the only one looking. The FBI wants him captured. The bad guys want him dead. Ian just wants to stay alive long enough to save thousands of innocent lives.
Lynette Eason throws readers right into the action from page one, propelling them along a dangerous road and asking the provocative question of how far we’d be willing to go if we were up against a wall.

Summary
No Place to Hide is book three in the Hidden Identity series. Each book can be read alone. Eason grabs your attention from the first pages. Jackie is part of the Operation Refuge team. She was previously a police officer. Why she walked away from the force was in interesting story that Eason reveals piece by piece. Jackie reads that her high school friend is wanted for terrorism. She knows this cannot be true. Ian was the perfect balance of medical geek (he is searching for a cure for malaria) and tough guy. He receives an email that was meant for someone else that totally wrecks his life. Ian has Gus who was his sisters military dog before she was killed in action. Gus was a great addition to the story. Ian was sharing his faith with Jackie throughout the book. She struggled with why good things happen to bad people. I thought it was interesting storyline/theme how she believed there is a God just that he didn’t care about her. Ron was one of my favorite secondary characters. I loved how he had the resources to get things done that seemed impossible. I also love when the characters are thinking one step ahead. I think you will also love Holly (Ian’s cousin) and Elizabeth, the FBI agent. The scenes when Jackie was in the box were intense. You felt claustrophobic with her. There is a lot of action and deaths but they are not described graphically. One of the plot twists totally surprised me, I didn’t see if coming. I love when an author can surprise me.
Violence Maybe a 2.5 Nothing disturbing unless you are claustrophobic.
