Summary
Overall This was a good romantic suspense. There was more suspense and mystery than I expected in a Harlequin novel. There was more than one mystery going on with
trying to find the maccaroon killer, who was beating up the men at the bar, and who is Nick Rogers really? I enjoyed the chemistry and dialogue between Nick and Laney. My
favorite line was .... \"You do look scared\". There was a endearing relationship between the sisters. Makes you wonder if Laci will get her own book. This one is worth the read.
Violence None of the violence was disturbing. We have one death, several men are beat up at the bar, and a kidnapping.
Language I don't recall any bad language.
Sexual There is one physical scene but there are no details.
Drug & Alcohol There is activity at the bar, I think they may have had beer at dinner.
