Summary
Overall The Mediterranean Caper by Clive Cussler Published in 1973. The book that introduces Dirk Pitt and NUMA to the reading public! Set in the Agean Sea, the adventure pits (no pun intended) against drug smugglers and an ex German ace from World Wars I and II. Fast paced with a lot of twists and turns starting with a World War I plane attacking an Air Force base. As always, Dirk Pitt gets the girl in this story.
