Overall It's hard to raise good kids and Dr. Kevin Leman gets it. He's raised five children and counsels parents still on the battle that it is to raise responsible, thoughtful and Godly kids. This book offers practical advice, real life examples and a question and answer portion at the end of each chapter. This book is more for those with young children, he has excellent books on raising teenagers as well. His approach is loving, but no nonsense! It's called \"reality discipline\" and it works. You are the parent, and Dr. Leman will make sure you are prepared to act like it!
