What do you like about this book:
I love a good thriller and this was one if them. Paige has a lot of anguish which she tries to subdue with pills and alcohol. Her 14-year old daughter Chloe has gone missing, but all that was found was her arm floating in the river. Then later Paige's husband commits suicide. Paige feels she has nothing left to live for and becomes, almost a recluse in her home with just her alcohol and pills for company. Her mother-in-law tries to help, but when Paige discovers that someone may be breaking into her home, she begins to distrust her. Then Paige discovers that her husband had been keeping some secrets from her and this encourages Paige to go out and try to get some answers for her child's disappearance and her husband's suicide. The story has a very unexpected twist about midway through, which makes the story even more suspenseful. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good mystery thriller.
