Summary
Overall Cheryl's books always contain real life issues with real people. She creates characters you feel you know. Dr Ian is a combat medic now working as a doctor at
the local hospital. But his biggest job of all is being a single dad to fairy loving, Tia. Bri is the girl next door, trying to survive after losing her mom, and her
brother, Caleb is serving in Iraq. I am hoping that Caleb gets his own book. Bri starts babysitting Tia and a relationship develops between Ian and Bri. I loved the fairy hunting and the surprise Christmas gift to Tia. It was also a great twist to introduce the new beautiful female doctor. Although the book is stand alone it brings in
characters from both her series Eagle Point Emergency and Wings of Refuge.
Violence People ending up in the ER; but I would not consider this violence.
Language
Sexual Hugging and kissing.
Drug & Alcohol There is a mention that kids in up in the ER as a result of drinking. but there are not details regarding the kids drinking.
