Summary
Backcut by Cynthia Soule Levesque is not a lighthearted easy read; instead you will find it to be a suspenseful, insightful and a thought provoking adventure. It is filled with information about the logging industry and endangered species (frogs- for you frog lovers ) It was a very interesting storyline about an endangered species having a role in a new medicine for a terminal illness. There was a small romance with the hint of a love triangle. Mixed in with all of this was a Christian message. Filled with plot twists and engaging characters. There were several characters in the book; I only had trouble distinguishing the two doctors for some reason. It was very easy to follow the other storylines. A must read for any avid suspense reader who is interested in the environment or the medicine process.
