Sometimes it happens even before you meet someone and only because you heard some small snippet of their life that you could relate to. Well, that happened when I met Jennifer at CBA Unite.  When I met her, she was just as fabulous as I imagined.

Before the interview Jennifer sent me a copy of her book, so I knew part of her story.  However hearing her share it in the interview still gave me goose bumps.

press onBook Description: Press On: Stories of Endurance, Faith and Trust to Encourage You as You Run the Race of Life.   After watching the bombs explode in front of her at the Boston Marathon finish line, Jennifer was painfully aware how mere seconds mattered between life and death. It was then that she understood how God is both the God of eternity as well as the God of our moments. Life can feel like a race with twists, turns, uphill climbs, downward descents, and long stretches of highway. From the big explosion days to the monotonous and quiet ones, the stories of endurance, faith and trust will inspire you to press on and never give up as you run the race of life.
