I’m a supporter of women entrepreneurs. So when I saw Colleen co-founder of 3 Graces Beauty on the list of 
attendees I wanted to interview her. Colleen has started her own makeup business that shares scriptures on her products. She has spent a lot time researching the best ingredients and the best colors for women.
Colleen also involves her family in her business. I was thrilled to see her niece working in the booth with her. It triggered dreams of me and my niece working on a project together.
Colleen shares how 3 Graces Beauty got started and some of the challenges that they have faced.

The road to 3 Graces Beauty going from a dream to a reality has had its share of challenges.
In developing our first product, Radiant Lip Gloss, Colleen spent more than 2 years working with a classically trained portrait artist to perfect the color pigments. Together, they spent hours mixing colors to create the perfect color range, testing and tweaking to ensure they would work for all skin tones. The result is 7 vibrant colors that deliver superb staying power as they glide on perfectly for a beautiful finish.
