Fun, Flirty and a little bit Nerdy is the tag line and underlying theme for Cindi’s books no matter which genre she writes them in. Cindi Madsen is USA Today Bestselling author of contemporary romance and young adult novels.
She wrote The Accidentally in Love series for the Bliss line of Entangled.
The Bliss line for Entangled is PG13ish books. These books will contain farm-type swear words and the romance is more like ‘jump in the sack and fade to black’.
Cindi talks about the editing process, working with your editor, and how to conquer the edits one bite at a time. In addition, it is okay to take 24 hours to process the edits before attacking them and making the changes.
Surprisingly, in the blog video Cindi is very transparent about being a writer and it being similar to owning your own business. It is not a 40 hour a week job. In addition, she provides advice for an aspiring writer. Then addresses the question of would she recommend someone to go into the writing field.
