Summary
Under the Texas Mistletoe is a collection of three novellas by Karen Witemeyer. I am a new fan of Karen’s stories and was thrilled to read her Christmas stories.
A Texas Christmas Carol may be my favorite because I loved how Felicity was so stubborn in her pursuit of getting Evan to help her with the charity. She was ingenious in finding ways to get him to engage with her.
An Archer Family Christmas was a sweet tale. Jim and Cassi had lost a baby on Christmas Eve. She was now the favorite aunt. However they both want to be parents.
Through some unusual circumstances they may get the chance.
(The story read well as a stand alone novella. However it seems as if it may be part of a series that I have not read yet. I will be looking for it now.)
Ruth and her daughter Naomi head to Hope Springs to start over after her husbands death. Naomi is adorable and you cannot help but love her. Bo was a special hero. He had moved to the town for the healing springs since he broke his arm as a kid. Very sweet story.
I would recommend this book; three adorable Christmas stories with a spiritual message.
