Summary
Overall This book changed the way I squat and deadlift and helped me to lift without pain. I struggled with groin pain whenever performing heavy squats or deadlifts but by following Rip's very detailed instructions I have been able to increase my weights while virtually eliminating the groin pain. I have the Kindle edition and I was
concerned that the images might not be as good as the print book, but they work just fine. I like the Kindle edition because I can take it to the gym and refer to the pictures while exercising. Rip makes a great case for including squats, full belowparallel squats in your workout with detailed illustrations and explanations. If you
think you cannot squat, get this book and start squatting correctly, it will change your life. Review by Danno.
