Summary
I’ve read everything Nancy Mehl has written since discovering the Kaely Quinn Profiler series, and the Erin Delaney series is another phenomenal addition! I was thrilled that this story includes Kaely and even gives us a peek into her life with Noah. Mehl masterfully blends a heart-pounding thriller with a meaningful Christian message, creating a story that’s both intense and inspiring. I listened to the audiobook and was completely hooked from start to finish.
Former police officer Erin Delaney is still grappling with PTSD after a tragic incident ended her career. Now an author, she travels to Sanctuary to finally meet her friend Kaely in person. But their long-awaited visit takes a chilling turn when a woman is found murdered nearby. As Erin and Kaely assist Sheriff Adrian with the case, they begin to suspect a serial killer is at work—and a mysterious “woman in white” haunting their cabin property adds an eerie twist.
Mehl delivers another gripping, atmospheric thriller filled with red herrings and emotional depth. Her ability to weave psychological suspense with faith and hope makes her one of my must-read authors. This book was impossible to put down!
