He has the chapters broken out into different habits; habit you need to succeed, have it to people who become millionaires, habits to get you promoted faster, habits of top business people, habits of marketing and sales success, etc. You can skip to the part that you would like to read the most or that are related more to your situation. Since I had not read all of his other books this was a good compilation of a lot of his thoughts.
