Book Title: Love, Lies and Lullabies
Book Author: DE Malone
What do you like about this book:
Wynne and Chase were the best of childhood friends. That is until their Senior year when Wynne’s feelings grew beyond friendship and Chase became romantically involved with Ava. Now, fifteen years later, Wynne is looking forward to their high school reunion where she can finally prove to herself that the feelings she had for Chase are in the past where they belong, or are they?
This book is a very good and enjoyable sweet romance. Some may consider it a second chance romance, but it didn’t come across that way to me. Yes, the main characters had a past, but their past was friendship and not romance, at least not reciprocated romance. I really enjoyed seeing them both trying their best to renew their prior friendship. I believe the best romances are between prior friends. The love just seems to be stronger and deeper when it starts as friendship.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good sweet romance.
