Summary
Overall I am not usually a fan of political thrillers and lastdays scenarios but this book was an exception. Joel Rosenberg is a writer for World Magazine and is eerily in touch with world affairs. When this book was written in 2003, it seemed to be forecasting future events. Now, nine years later, it is interesting to see what he got right and where events did not go as he predicted. It is full of action but short on violence, peopled with likeable heroes and evil villains, and seasoned with thoughtprovoking faith questions. Rosenberg has been compared to Tom Clancy.
Violence War type sequences with lots of guns, etc. but no blood and gore.
