Summary
Reviewer Name: ldoncea Another amazing book from MaryLu Tyndall!! This time the main character is as timid as a sparrow, but is forced to do the unthinkable: choose between the life of her brother or betray her country. She is pushed into the decisions, which also pushes her into the life of a hardened man (like a falcon)¬¬and his vicious sister/friends. I was wondering myself what I would do if I were in her shoes...and had to go through all that she did. The book certainly didn't go where I thought it would! MaryLu's writing is incredible, vivid, her characters so realistic, her plots so utterly unpredictable, and I'm always drawn in and captivated by her stories. They stay with me long, long after I put the book down. If you are a reader of Regencies, you will especially appreciate the historical accuracy¬¬ as well as the characters & unexpected twists¬¬in this book. I highly recommend it for anyone, though!
