Summary
Book 2 in the Matchmaker series focuses on Caylor the English professor by day and romance writer at night. I loved it when she would get an idea for her book and escape into her own world. Dillon was not your typical inspirational hero; he had longer hair and TWO tattoos, was younger than Caylor and was not an alpha male. His artistic talents urged him to paint Caylor every time he saw her. As in Love Remains, Kaye creates realistic characters and wonderful relationships. Caylor’s grandmother is willing to remodel the kitchen to set her up with the contractor. Caylor has a passion for peanut butter cups; oh how I can relate! In The Art of Romance we have the bonus of Dillon’s relationship with his brothers. I loved the ending! Now I am on my way to find Flannery’s story!
