Summary
Overall - This is book two in the Women's Murder book club series. It was very similar to the first one although the crime is different. Lindsay is recovering from the loss of Chris Raleigh from book one. She also must deal with the fact her father shows back up in her life. She has been promoted since book one. Her three 'girls' are back in this book. Some exciting and devastating news for some of the 'girls. It is a good book I just found several things annoying that kept me from rating it higher(Lindsay's reckless and stupid behavior, the repetitiveness of 'my girls' and the profanity). Other readers may not find it annoying. I think you will be surprised at the ending.
Violence- There are several deaths however he does not describe them in a way to be disturbing. These are not sex crimes.
Language - The language is very distracting to me. Lots of uses of 'Jesus' and Gdamn and F-word.
Drug & Alcohol - The women's club seems to always be drinking when they are together.
