Summary
Review by Donna F, Reviewer Dec 02 2024 3/5
Taken at Christmas by Jodie Bailey is a romantic suspense occurring during the Christmas season. The book is well written and has a good mystery. Personally, I had trouble relating to Mia. Her PTSD and personal struggles overwhelmed the storyline for me. She was a victim for 95% of the story. If you enjoyed drama and angst, you will probably enjoy her character and struggles.
There is also a faith element to the story.
The author did a good job with the mystery and suspense. It is a good story it just wasn’t for me.
