Book Title: Eragon
Book Author: Christopher Paolini
What do you like about this book:
This is my favorite fiction book of all time. As I have grown it has become a guilty pleasure that I read whenever I have had a tough time or need a good read. The story follows the adventures of a young man thrust into a war between an evil all-powerful ruler and the few willing to resist him. Blessed with a best friend and fully intelligent dragon, Eragon embarks on one of the most exciting adventures in young adult literature. Christopher Paolini is one of the most talented world builders in literature and he doesn't disappoint in this cycle. Each book is a new adventure and he seamlessly weaves multiple narratives and characters into a cohesive and gripping story line. My childhood wouldn't have been the same without this book and (embarrassingly) I wouldn't go more than 2 years without reading it (as an adult). 10/10 would recommend.
