This book is an intellectual carnival ride, funny, absurd, easy to read (written at a junior high understanding level) it’s belly laugh funny – like slapstick satire, but when you look deeper it’s a critique of the human condition, it’s kind of like being on a roller coaster of the mind there are so many twists and turns and plots that come back to touch each other.
it’s all about an alien that likes to play practical jokes and how those jokes quite often return on him, he does things that we would like to, to pay someone back for being mean, but we don’t have the courage.
Dr. Jack also shows how in life there are people we never notice, faceless cardboard people, but through the little quirks that slip out, we realize that they’re human too.
