New York Times bestselling author Joel C. Rosenberg returns with a high-stakes political thriller set in Russia.
Everything he learned to protect our president, he must use to take out theirs.
With an American president distracted by growing tensions in North Korea and Iran, an ominous new threat is emerging in Moscow. A czar is rising in the Kremlin, a Russian president feverishly consolidating power, silencing his opposition, and plotting a brazen and lightning-fast military strike that could rupture the NATO alliance and bring Washington and Moscow to the brink of nuclear war. But in his blind spot is the former U.S. Secret Service agent, Marcus Ryker, trained to protect but ready to kill to save his country.

Summary
From: Isaac Scego
Book Title: The Kremlin Conspiracy
Book Author: Joel C. Rosenberg
What do you like about this book:
Summery::
Unlike Rosenberg's other novels, The Kremlin Conspiracy offers something different. It is an original story with a high potential of thrills and twists. That is, if written by anybody else. With someone like Rosenberg--an actual former military advisor--you can expect some lengthy, wearisome descript. of the inner workings of politics, which is fine, but one can only take so much. It took the author almost three hundred pages to get to the story. In the end, The Kremlin Conspiracy is just a 464 page novel that could have easily been two- to three-hundred.
Sexual Content::
Pete is obviously attracted to Annie, and he shows it by flirtatious comments and ogling--nothing overt. Some passionate kissing and implied sex. Luganov is said to use people to satisfy his sexual desires.
Violent Content::
Terrorist attacks have many explosions and a good amount of blood, killing men, women and children. Several of these scenes also feature severed body parts and bloody descriptions. A man is abusive toward his wife and when she's found, she is bleeding and her blouse is torn. An emergency procedure describes a lot of gruesome material. Multiple people are shot and killed.
Language::
People are said to have cursed. Some relative profanities.
Drug/Alcohol Content::
A man is a drunkard. Some smoking and drinking.
Recommendation:: 3/5
PG-13 - Intense violence and action, disturbing descriptions, and some menace
