Summary
Code Red Revolution. This is a great book. I was immediately impressed with her dedication at such a young age in the opening chapters. The testimonial stories are both inspiring and give you an idea of what it would be like to work with Code Red and the Rebels. It makes you want to be in their tribe. She does not hold back. I like her straight forward manner about sharing information that some may consider controversial. For example, how many people are telling you to eat fat-free, avoid gluten and you must exercise. I received a copy of this through Netgalley and I tried to buy a copy of it and the book store is already sold out. It would make a great gift for that friend of family member who wants to start the year eating healthier.
I highly recommend the book. I have highlighted action items and motivational quotes from her that I hope will put me on the right track. I also recommend following her on Facebook. It sounds like a great group of people.
