Summary
Overall Shock Wave by Clive Cussler 539 pages published in 1996. The 13th Dirk Pitt book Marine animals are dying in large numbers off Seymour Island in Antarctica. While UMA is investigating they come upon a group of tourists whose ship is adrift with everyone onboard dead of a mysterious disease. After investigating, the cause of death turns out to be high powered sound waves. When more outbreaks occur NUMA enlists the support of the U.S. Navy to find the source. More twists and turns await.
