Summary
Overall Wrongly Accused is a romantic suspense story in the Harlequin Loved Inspired suspense line. The action starts from the first pages. Caleb has been falsely accused of killing his wife. He has been surprised and disappointed at the number of people including his friends who believed he killed her. Caleb was a member of the SWAT team before going to jail. Kaitlain is his daughter. Noelle is Kaitlain’s day care teacher and has been fostering her while Caleb was in jail. Noelle has her own past that she is trying to deal with. There is plenty of danger and action as they try to keep one step ahead of the people trying to kill them. The story had interesting and surprising plot twists. There were also some tender moments as Kaitlain redeveloped the bond with her father. This is the first in a series about the SWAT team. I am excited to see where this goes.
Violence There were constantly avoiding danger and people chancing them but nothing that was disturbing.
