Summary
Survive the night is action-packed from the very first scene. Della is one of the top investigators at Lost. She is recovering from personally losses. Paul helped get her the job through the Vet Net program. Paul is an appealing character. The opening scene sets the stage for their interactions and gives insight into their friendship. You see him as her best friend and how it's developed into more. He supports her, encourages her, and trusts her.
Survive the Night is filled with action and suspense. You will be caught up in the who dunit.
Being a dog lover, I love the addition of Jake, Paul's Rottweiler. There is a whole cast of secondary characters that added more depth and suspense to the story. Miss Renault was probably my favorite. She was like a mother to the group. I'm hoping Madison and Grant get their own book. You see their tension beginning this one.
