To lessen the pain of his wife’s death, Keith Michaels headed cross-country. Yet though he had reached the Pacific Northwest, he still felt broken, empty and alone. When a sudden storm stranded him on Orcas Island, he sought refuge with the local widow, who was no elderly matron, but a reclusive young woman. What was it about shy Jill Whelan and her charming cottage that made Keith want to stop his wandering ways? Did faith and love await him at Rainbow’s End?

Summary
Overall Irene Hannon is a consummate storyteller. I am a huge fan of her romantic suspense series so when I found Rainbow's End which is a series romance I decided to try it. Irene captured my attention in the first chapter and I desperately want to know the history of both Jill and Keith. It is a story of survival and of accepting everything that God allows to happen. The story is told from both Jill and Keith's perspectives. I also liked how each of them had a family member that supported
them through their tragedy. The addition of the two children added to the story each in his own way. Through Dominic you see through the eyes of a child. I recommend this
moving romance.
Violence You suspect some child abuse.
