As Tara and Flynn are closing in on Dee Dee Broyles’ killer, a deadly new ghost begins to threaten them. It’s just another day in Tara’s lunatic life . . .
All during the day at school, Tara kept picturing the moment when she and Nate would find DeeDee’s grave. Even the classes she had with Flynn, who made everything fun, never seemed to end. By the time the last bell rang, she was fired up like a roman candle on the Fourth of July. She bolted from her seat, made a quick stop at her locker, and slipped out a side door instead of taking the front, knowing full well she was going to miss seeing Flynn. She didn’t have time to delay or explain, and she had a feeling he wouldn’t be all that thrilled in what she was doing. He was pretty cool about her psychic stuff, but digging for bodies fell way out of the realm of normal-even for her.

Summary
Overall At the end of the first book you are left wondering if Tara will find DeeDee's body or not and who is the killer. Tara is pretty sure she knows who killed her and if you have read the first one you will know who she thinks done it. Tara goes to career day and listens to an assistant professor talk about geology and she learns about Ground Penetrating Radars. She goes to his office and insist that he help her but of course he thinks she crazy when she says she is psychic. So after she bets him that she can help him with something and he loses, he ends up going to her house to help her. She figures that in order for Detective Rutherford to believe her she needs Nate to find the grave with his GPR and even then it will take some convincing. Meanwhile, Flynn and Tara are having their ups and downs of teen love. It's hard for Flynn to accept her crazy life and it hurts Tara. There is also a bad entity that seems to be interrupting her when she is with Flynn. Tara can't figure out what it is or what it wants, but it makes her really sick. Tara is one determined young ladies with an awesome gift and even though it disrupts her life there are those moments, that she
knows she wouldn't want to be any other way. Flynn is still a sweetheart in this book even though he does hurt Tara's feelings, but its all part of relationship building.
Tara and Flynn make a really cute couple. The flow of the book is simple but I also think it makes for a really quick read. I really enjoy the characters, even the and she senses it because of her ps ychic ability. The bookleaves you hanging just li ke the first one my only problem is with this oneI can't just go out and buy the next book! 🙁 I hope the author gets the next book published soon. I seen it was suppose to be finished last month but I don't see it on amazon, so maybe it got bumped back. If you like quirky YA books that are fun to read I would suggest you pick up My Lunatic Life and Lunatic Detective! 🙂 http://writesthoughts.blogspot.com
Violence There is a little moment when Tara helps when a little boy is kidnapped and she senses it because of her psychic ability. Little things like that but nothing realbad. Just covering my bases by adding a one star.
Language Going to put one star just in case but I really can't remember any but I just don't tend to dwell on it when I read.
Sexual More hugging and kissing as Tara and Flynn still date.
Drug & Alcohol Tara's uncle drinks a little
